The Greater Council Bluffs Regional Economic Development Partnership is a partnership of local governing agencies, business, education, and economic development groups, working together pro-actively to keep the Greater Council Bluffs Region on the leading edge of business opportunity.  Harrison County, Mills County, and Pottawattamie County have worked together through collaborative marketing efforts for over 14 years.

The Partnership’s economic development efforts are also supported by their connection with the Iowa Department of Economic Development, Black Hills Energy, MidAmerican Energy, and Iowa Western Community College.
